Better than some of the 5 star. Location is superb. Personnel is at another level

The elevator is not from the entrance, you have to ho up by stairs to reception. Then elevator can be used. But if you have a baggage to carry, personnel will happily help you

We stayed one night at Richmond Istanbul and honestly had a really good experience. Even though it was a short stay, the staff were super friendly and helped us with our luggage, which was really nice.The location is amazing — right on Istiklal Street, basically the centre of Istanbul, so everything is easy to reach. It’s also close to Şişhane Metro Station, which makes getting around the city very easy.The room was cozy, breakfast was great, and overall it felt like a really solid, comfortable hotel. Perfect choice if you want to stay right in the heart of the city, even just for one night.

Underwhelming

The photos really did not live up to the reality. Very dated furniture. The WiFi did not work. The staff could not do anything about it since it was Apperently broken. It was an affordable hotel to be very centrally located.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating from the moment I stepped foot on the property ‘til my last day. The hotel is walking distance to so many things. I stayed in the “Asia room” and THE VIEW from my room was beautifullll!!! I’ll definitely be staying there again when I return to Istanbul. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The wifi wasn’t working properly in my room, but that wasn’t such a big deal.

Location of the hotel was extremely close and great to Taksim as its in the heart of it. The staff were very welcoming by Mr serkan and Mr mert. The breakfast options were exquisite and always had different options every day, fresh and delicious.

Pictures are deceiving. The standard rooms are not anything like the most pictures shown here. They are old, with cheap carpets and wallpaper.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy and convenient. The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety and fresh options. What impressed me the most was the staff – they were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The staff are so nice and helpful, this is the 3rd time I stay here and everything is superb as always. I arrived earlier than check in time, but the team was so nice they offered a free upgrade and arranged for my room on spot.

Nothing NOT TO Like!

Location is near Galata tower/ Istiklal street. Area is near transport links,easily accessible. Staff are friendly

Breakfast was good, it had many delicious options.

The doors to the bathroom are glass, and don't offer any privacy.

Very convenient to everywhere and great restaurants around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
